Carer Service Terms
Additional terms for users offering pet-care services on Petail.

1. Independent service
These terms supplement the Petail Terms of Use and are accepted before a carer profile is submitted. A carer acts independently and is responsible for lawful business registration, tax, insurance, permits and mandatory consumer information.
2. Identity and truthful information
Use only your own account and provide accurate identity, experience, location, service, availability and environment information. When identity verification is activated, Petail will identify the provider and privacy details before the check starts.
3. Trader status
Truthfully declare whether you act as a trader. Traders must provide legally required identity, registration, price, service, cancellation and complaint information. Petail may require evidence and block offers until required trader information is complete.
4. Location, capacity and bookings
An exact address remains private; only an approximate area is public when enabled. Do not exceed the active-animal limit shown by Petail. During the limited trust stage the platform may allow only one actively cared-for pet; later the approved maxPetsAtOnce applies. Do not bypass capacity with other accounts or bookings.
5. Care, incidents and payments
Accept only compatible bookings, follow lawful owner instructions and the Safety Standards, and report any disappearance, injury, bite, poisoning, acute illness or damage immediately. The full payment for a Petail booking must be accepted only through Petail. Cash, a direct transfer, an external payment app, or any other off-platform payment is prohibited. Petail charges a 15% commission and allocates 85% of the booking price to the carer before taxes or other lawfully applicable amounts. The carer remains responsible for tax and accounting; circumvention may remove protections and lead to feature restrictions or account suspension.
6. Checks and suspension
Petail may review information and incident records and proportionately restrict a profile for welfare risk, fraud, suspected theft, false data, limit evasion or legal breach. A verification result is limited in scope and may expire or be reviewed.
